How it works?

  1. Call us on 0121 439 3590 or email us on info@hatemyphone.co.uk and tell us about the technology you wish to recycle, its condition, make, model and any other relevant information.
  2. We will arrange a collection of the devices, at no cost to you, within the next day or any day that is suitable for you.
  3. Once we have received the devices, our testing team will assess their internal and external conditions in order to correctly grade them.
  4. After testing, our team will forensically data wipe the devices in accordance with GDPR and ensure that there is no data remaining in order to protect your information. Certificates for proof of wipe can be provided upon request.
  5. A report will be produced about the grading and will include a final quote. When both parties are satisfied, we will make payment via your preferred method.
  6. The devices you recycled with us will be then be resold for the next person to use or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
